It is a Dump File in your system tray the file extension is "Aswsp.asp"

To delete this file

Open your System in "Safe mode"

Go C:\Windows\System32\drivers 

Here U can found that file and Shift+delete that file.

Some system's are installed in D or G or E Drives..
